Smart Zinc Z+ is a Cathodic Protection system that uses Zinc Anode plates installed within concrete to generate an electrochemical reaction, preventing reinforcing steel from rusting and corroding. The zinc acts as a "sacrificial metal" in place of the rebar — no external power supply required.

Inspect rebar condition and corrosion levels, analyze chloride content in concrete, and evaluate risk to design a protection system suited to the structure.

Calculate the number and placement of Zinc Anodes required, design positioning to cover all rebar areas fully, and prepare an installation plan and schedule.

Zinc Anode Installation
