Epoxy Coating is a floor coating system that combines epoxy resin with a hardener. When applied to a concrete floor, it forms a strong chemical bond that resists chemicals, oils, and abrasion — delivering a clean, attractive, and easily maintainable surface.

Our Process

Epoxy Coating Process

A systematic process from surface assessment and preparation, system application, through to handover of a ready-to-use floor.

Assessment & Design
Engineers assess the concrete surface condition, moisture levels, and usage environment to select the most appropriate epoxy system and number of coats.

Surface Preparation & Repair
Abrade the floor by Shot Blasting or Diamond Grinding to open the surface profile, repair cracks and voids, and ensure the substrate is clean and ready to receive the coating.

Epoxy System Application
Apply Primer to enhance adhesion, followed by Body Coat and Top Coat layers as specified — with temperature and humidity controlled throughout the entire process.

Inspection & Handover
Verify coating thickness, adhesion, and surface quality to standard, then hand over with maintenance guidance to maximise service life.
