Epoxy Food Grade is a specialised epoxy coating material designed for the food and beverage industry. It provides a smooth, non-porous surface that does not absorb liquids, preventing the growth of mould and bacteria and eliminating cross-contamination. Suitable for floors, walls, tanks, and all equipment in food-contact environments.

Epoxy Food Grade is manufactured from materials certified for food-contact safety. Non-toxic, non-porous, and easy to clean. Compatible with concrete, steel, and stainless steel surfaces in all types of food processing facilities.

A systematic approach by specialist engineers — from surface inspection and blast preparation, through food-grade epoxy application, to quality inspection and guaranteed handover.

Surface Inspection & Planning
Assessment of surface condition, moisture measurement, and damage evaluation. Surface preparation plans are drawn up and the most suitable epoxy system selected for the application.

Surface Preparation via Blast/Grind
Surface prepared by sandblasting, grinding, or scarifying to achieve the required profile. All oil stains, contaminants, and old coatings are completely removed.

Epoxy Food Grade Application
Food-grade primer applied, followed by epoxy in the specified number of coats. Thickness and adhesion are controlled to standard, with each coat allowed to cure fully.

Inspection & Handover
Coating integrity verified with thickness gauges and Holiday Detection testing. A quality report is issued and the project handed over with a full warranty.
