The CHIC REPUBLIC WAREHOUSE in Phuket, a major distribution hub for premium furniture and home décor, underwent structural enhancement to increase its load-bearing capacity from 500 kg/m² to 800 kg/m². The retrofit was necessary to accommodate higher inventory loads and operational requirements.

The project utilized SMARTFIBER-SHEET UT70-30, a high-performance Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) sheet designed specifically for slab strengthening.
