Project Overview

The Mungthong Thani project is located in a high-density business district. The engineering team was tasked with strengthening the existing car park structure to be capable of supporting its conversion into a Data Center — a use that demands high load capacity, structural durability, and continuous operation without damage to the primary structure.

Installation Process

    Concrete Surface Preparation

    Concrete surfaces were cleaned and made ready for installation — removing dust, grease, and moisture to ensure maximum epoxy adhesion efficiency.

    Installation of Both SMARTFIBER Materials

    SMARTFIBER-STRIP TL1012 was installed under beams to enhance flexural strength, and SMARTFIBER-SHEET UT70-30 was applied to the slab areas using high-quality epoxy adhesive, following the engineered design.

    Quality Verification by NDT

    Non-Destructive Testing was conducted to confirm bond strength and material integrity at every installation point before project handover.
